Has direct B2B housing demand or contract sourcing capability.
Provides verified management, cleaning, maintenance, furnishing or related services.
Badges show verification, capabilities, and reputation signals. They appear on profiles and search results.
Reviews can only be left after platform-connected relationships. This stops random or fake review spam, and keeps reputation tied to real B2B interactions tracked through the network.
Members can report fake profiles, fake demand, fake supply, spam, misleading posts, harassment, and review issues. Every report is reviewed by the team. Reporter identity is never shared with the reported party.
Verification increases confidence but is not a guarantee of performance, payment, contract quality, tenant quality, or business outcome. Members remain responsible for their own due diligence.
