We work to keep the network trustworthy. Final due diligence on any deal, contract, or counterparty is always the member's responsibility.
Members can apply for Profile, Business, Property Supply, Demand Source, and Operations verification. Each level is reviewed by the team and may award a corresponding badge.
Reviews can only be left after a tracked platform connection. They cannot be left without an accepted connection, and the reviewed party can dispute reviews for team review.
Badges show verification, capabilities, and reputation signals on profiles and search results. Badges can be revoked if conditions change or abuse is detected.
Use the Report button on any profile, opportunity, message, review, or connection. Reporter identity is never shared with the reported party. Urgent reports are escalated to admins immediately.
Accounts that violate the terms or community standards may be warned, suspended, or removed. Suspended accounts have restricted access and are notified inside the app.
Verification documents are stored securely and accessible only to platform admins for review. Documents are never shown to other members.
Verification increases trust but does not guarantee performance, payment, contract quality, tenant quality, or business outcome. Members remain responsible for their own due diligence on counterparties.
