- Real housing requests from real demand sources
- Real service providers in operations and setup
- Honest B2B introductions and partnerships
- Honest reviews based on direct platform connections
- Professional, courteous communication
Not allowed
- Fake demand or fake supply
- Spam, mass outreach, or automated scraping
- Harassment, threats, or unprofessional behaviour
- Misleading opportunity listings
- Fake or coerced reviews
- Impersonation of another person or company
- Course-selling, MLM, or off-topic promotion
- Public tenant booking / consumer listing misuse
- Illegal discrimination of any kind
- Sharing private documents or personal information without consent
Violations can lead to warnings, suspension, or permanent removal. Report concerns from any member profile, opportunity, message, review, or connection.
