What The Rental Connection is

• The Rental Connection is a connection platform.
• It is not a broker.
• It is not a property manager.
• It is not a payment processor.
• It does not guarantee tenants, contracts, payments, bookings, or business results.

Member responsibilities

• Members are responsible for their own due diligence on counterparties.
• Off-platform agreements are between the parties involved.
• Members must comply with applicable housing, rental, business, tax, privacy, fair housing, and local laws.
• Members must keep account information accurate and up to date.

V1 scope

V1 of The Rental Connection does not handle payments, deposits, booking checkout, escrow, lease signing, or public tenant booking. Any direct booking, payment, or contract activity happens off-platform between members.

Acceptable use and enforcement

The Rental Connection may suspend, restrict, or remove abusive, fake, spam, or non-compliant accounts at any time. See our Community Standards and Trust & Safety pages for more.

Changes

We may update these terms as the platform grows. Continued use of the platform after a change is acceptance of the updated terms.
